After completing A two year full time Diploma course in Fashion, Theatre and Media Make-up along with Various Distinctions in Hair Styling, Fashion and Art, Michelle went on to train with Chanel Makeup. Having a broad understanding of what the public wanted Michelle went free-lance and has been doing so for almost three years while constantly updating her skills and keeping up with current trends within the Makeup and Fashion industry.
Michelle has worked on various events all over the UK and Ireland for charities, Fashion shows, Publications and Media, and was also nominated for Ireland’s most influential Make-up Artist in 2011. Michelle was the Director of Make-up for Elite Model look Ireland 2010 along with Miss Alternative Ireland 2011 and has had various Publications about her artistic work in FaceOn Professional Make-up Artist Magazine, RTE’s online style show REDRADAR along with many other significant magazines and blogs.
Early this year Michelle Exhibited with Cinema Secrets at IMATS (International Make-Up Artist Trade Show) In London and as re-launched her website and re-branded herself as “MAMU-Michelle Anderson Make-Up.”
She has also worked on Design work for various Hair Stylists who competed at the Irish Hairdressers Federation Championships this year where the team won an award for their fantasy character as well as Ireland’s premier beauty trade event – the Irish Beauty Show where she exhibited again with prestigious brand Cinema Secrets. Michelle has worked along some of Ireland’s top Photographers, Models, Creative Directors, Hair Stylists, Make-up Artists, Film Directors and Designers who look to add a creative edge to their work, which in turn has made her Artistic vision much stronger with experience.
